Doctors’ appointments are carried out with the presence of Mandatory Health Insurance.

All insured citizens of the Russian Federation have a possibility to get a free medical assistance to the extent and under the conditions of the Mandatory Health Insurance Programme.
MHI policy is a core document that confirms the fact of citizen’s insurance. When visiting the clinic do not forget the MHI policy and the document representing your identity.
The services provided by the Mandatory Health Insurance Programme are the following: therapeutic dentistry.
Availability and quality standards of medical assistance:
- Ambulatory emergency assistance is provided on a priority basis and without preliminary booking (bleeding, injuries, sudden and acute deterioration of health, fever over 38 degrees Celsius), regardless of territorial attachment, insurance policy and identity documents.
- Scheduled appointments are carried out with the presence of appointment slips which are issued daily and according to preliminary booking for visiting all practitioners.
- A waiting period after preliminary appointment booking must not exceed 7 days.
The list of dental services which are not included
into the Mandatory Health Insurance Programme:
- Filling procedures using the light-cure materials, glass ionomer cements
- Dental restoration with the use of intrachannel pins (fiber-optic, “Unimetric”)
- Endodontic dental treatment (root canal preparation using machine devices, filling of root canals with the use of thermoplastic gutta-percha)
- Treatment of periodontium inflammatory diseases using advanced materials and methods (directed tissue regeneration, splinting of the mobile teeth, cosmetological coverage of the exposed dental neck etc)
- For children filling of the dacay cavities using advanced filling materials which induce teeth growth and maintenance, treatment of tooth decay without a drilling machine (the “Carisolv” system)
- Implantology
- Orthodontia (brace systems)
- Prosthetics
- Anesthesia with the use of local anesthetic cartridges
- Prophylaxis of dental disseases (prophilactic polishing, ultrsonic scaling, stain and plaque removal, coverage with fluorine-containing mixtures, deep fluoridation)
The list of dental services included into the Mandatory Health Insurance Programme:
- Treatment of the noncomplicated tooth decay using the tools and materials of Russian manufacture.
- Treatment of the complicated tooth decay (pulpitis and periodontitis) using the tools and materials of Russian manufacture
- Treatment of non-carious injuries using tools and materials of Russian manufacture.
- Anesthesia during dental treatment procedures using anesthetics of Russian manufacture (novocaine, lidocaine etc)
- Manual scaling
- Emergency dental treatment
